I'm involved in a new venture generating high quality loan leads in the finance sector. A range of verticals are involved such as commercial mortgages, unsecured business loans, equipment leasing loans, mixed use loans, cash advance business loans etc etc.
The leads are to be generated by SEO techniques and can be sorted for literally any combination of field settings needed. They can be exclusive if need be and will be immediate.
Long term I hope to negotiate a fruitful relationship with lenders and/or brokers, but in the mean time I need somewhere to pass the leads on to, at least until I can provide traffic figures and lead gen stats to potential partners.
I know of Leadpile, Leadvibe and such places but they tend not to deal in the verticals I am intending to work in. Are there any companies that will take all the leads I generate/or some until I'm able to get a foot-hold in the market?

Coastal Loans specialise in Unsecured Tenant Loans Only. We do not process secured loans or mortgages.
We are looking to add to our list of Brokers/Introducers who pass their tenant applications to us.
We do not pay per lead. We prefer to build an ongoing relationship with our Brokers/Introducers to provide an extra monthly income for their business.

Would you like to earn extra or more income from your Tenant Loans?
Are you a Mortgage Broker who turns away Tenant applications?
All our Brokers/Introducers are in total control of which applications they would like to send to us. As we have a few different products for tenants you can decide whether you wish us to utilise all of them or just one of them (for example, if you have your own facility for some of our products).
As well as not paying for leads we do not sell leads either. Once an application is passed to us, we utilise our direct lenders and if the application is declined we do not sell it to any other Companies. This way it is up to you how you deal with your own declined loan applications.
We do have a debt management facility for declined loan leads however, these are not sold but go on a commission basis for which you would be paid if you chose this option. Again you are in control of your own applications.
